    Silverado Cafe is a quaint little diner in a quiet town. They have all the basics and do it right. My favorite is their taco Tuesday specials. If you want to meet the locals, definitely get yourself a seat at the barstools on a Tuesday and enjoy some good tacos and good vibes.

    The food is good with a decent selection to choose from. However, the service is very slow. There's plenty of parking and has a good view of the hills.

    I can't help myself. I always have the chili verde omelette for breakfast. The country scramble is delicious. My son let's me steal a bite!

    This is pretty much only patroned by locals but the food is very good! It is well worth it to stop here if you are going up Santiago Peak or going to a watering hole and exploring. In my visit the locals were very friendly and chatted with me over my meal. Service was not that fast even when it wasn't busy but this is a really great place with good people. Seating is semi- limited but parking is easy!

    I had the side of Biscuits and gravy with a side of corned beef hash. Oh my goodness! Absolutely amazing food - coffee was pretty good but nothing special and service was awesome! Thank you all so much for a great breakfast! Will definitely make my way back to this spot in the future.
